Aubergine in Scottish Hotel Awards 2011

We are proud to announce that Aubergine restaurant has recieved 2 awards at  The Scottish Hotel Awards 2011  Sarah Boyle recieved a Design Commendation Award and our Head Chef Andrew MacKintosh recieved   "Young Chef of the Year 2011"
